On the afternoon of June 6th, the reception hall of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region was filled with warm atmosphere. The signing ceremony of strategic cooperation agreement between Agriculture and Rural Affairs Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and College of Biosystems Engineering and Food Science of Zhejiang University was held here.

Pan Zhiming, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and director of ningxia Agriculture and Rural Affairs Department, Deputy Director-general Wang Shenglin, Chao Xiangyang, a member of the Party leadership Group and deputy director of the department, Lin Weilian, director of The Domestic Cooperation Office of Zhejiang University, Li Jinlin, Party Secretary of Shenggong Food College, Liu Donghong, vice President of shenggong Food College, Chen Shiguo, vice president of the New Rural Development Institute, and other leaders from ningxia and Zhejiang University attended the signing ceremony.

Wang Shenglin, deputy Director of Ningxia Agriculture and Rural Affairs Department, and Li Jinlin, Party Secretary of the College, signed the strategic cooperation Agreement between Ningxia Agriculture and Rural Affairs Department and Green Food Industry College of Zhejiang University on behalf of Ningxia Agriculture and Rural Affairs Department and College of Biosystems Engineering and Food Science of Zhejiang University respectively. Chen Shiguo, vice president of Zhejiang University New Rural Development Research Institute, and Wang Jianhua, general manager of Ningxia Haowang Rice Group Co., Ltd. signed the cooperation agreement between the institute and enterprise respectively. Pan Zhiming, director of Ningxia Agriculture and Rural Department, and Lin Weilian, director of Zhejiang University Domestic Cooperation Office witnessed the signing of the cooperation agreement.
